At Born and Raised Outdoors, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit your journey, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
